About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing capital project integration team. This role plays a key part in supporting project managers and directors across all phases of development and construction, helping ensure that information, schedules, and deliverables stay organized and aligned with client goals.

  What You’ll Do

•  Support the project team in the planning, coordination, and execution of development and construction projects. 
• Maintain project schedules, meeting logs, and tracking tools to monitor progress and key milestones 
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports for internal and client meetings 
• Assist with document control, ensuring project files, drawings, and correspondence are current, accurate, and properly archived 
• Collect, verify, and organize data from consultants and contractors for reporting and analysis. 
• Help track budgets, invoices, and commitments in coordination with the project management team. 
• Support proposal and presentation preparation, ensuring consistent formatting and alignment with Level5’s brand. 
• Coordinate project communication and updates among internal teams, clients, and partners. 
• Participate in site visits, field meetings, and coordination sessions as needed.  

 
What You Bring   

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related role. 
• Familiarity with project management and construction documentation processes 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet’s and budget4cast or Adobe Acrobat is a plus. 
• Excellent organization and time-management skills with a high attention to detail. 
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment 
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities. 

Compensation and Benefits 

Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus tied to company and individual results.
