About the Role

The Project Manager leads project delivery across our portfolio of construction and development projects. This role is accountable not only for operational excellence, but also for financial outcomes, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.


You will work on and lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of planning, design, and construction, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, budget, and schedule while driving efficiency, profitability, and long-term client value. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of how development, design, construction, and operations intersect to create successful capital projects..


  What You’ll Do

  • Lead project delivery efforts for assigned development and construction projects from concept through completion. Ability to understand client's goals and advocate on behalf of them.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, budgets, and master schedules aligned with client goals and Level5 standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, construction, finance, and operational partners to maintain alignment across all project phases.
  • Drive decision-making that balances performance, cost, and risk to achieve optimized project outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Level5’s delivery standards for safety, quality, and cost control.
  • Support strategic procurement, value engineering, and constructability processes to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
  • Lead contract negotiations, change management, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and performance.

What You Bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, construction, or development.
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-value projects and integrated delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery models such as CMGC, Design-Build, P3, and development-led approaches.
  • Excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes, accountability, and innovation.


Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $170,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus tied to company and individual results.
