  • Direct all aspects of project delivery, including safety, quality, schedule, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
  • Establish and maintain project controls, reporting systems, and executive-level dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure integration across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Drive project performance to meet financial objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Champion best-in-class safety and environmental standards across all phases of delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on stakeholder alignment, market strategy, and overall program success.
  • Oversee commissioning, startup, and transition to operations.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and execution excellence.

What You Bring

  • 15–20+ years of progressive experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale capital project delivery.
  • Proven track record leading complex, high-value projects from early planning through construction and startup.
  • Experience serving in an owner’s representative, executive leadership, or equivalent role with decision-making authority.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery models (EPC, EPCM, and multi-package contracting), contract negotiation, and risk management.
  • Expertise in cost control, scheduling, and project controls systems.
  • Executive leadership presence with the ability to align teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs.
